She has always been a fan of the short shorts, and Pixie Lott is clearly not abandoning a winning concept.

The 24-year-old singer was spotted rocking a pair of cut-off denims which showed off her incredible legs while she soaked up the California sun.

Pixie looked relaxed in a white t-shirt with rolled up sleeves as she leaned on a brick wall while waiting for a car to pick her up.

The Bromley-born blonde had rolled her top up to show off a sliver of her flat stomach and ensured her shorts stayed in place with a large black leather belt.

Pixie, real name Victoria Louise Lott, had pulled her shoulder-length blonde hair out of her eyes, shielding her face from the sun with a pair of large black sunglasses.

Pixie has been spending time in Los Angeles working on her new album but appeared to be heading back to blighty after she was seen being taken to the airport.

She has been living with her model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire since last year, and her beau recently revealed that they are looking for a new place in London together.

Speaking to Daily Mail's Sebastian Shakespeare, the 27-year-old said the couple are looking to move south of the river - and that Pixie is not much of a housewife.

‘I’ve been flat-hunting in Battersea Park. I’m not going completely West London, there’s still going be a south in it — an SW postcode.

'I’m the woman in the relationship. I do all the cleaning and the cooking at home. Pixie’s a terrible cook.’

The singer, who enjoyed a stint of reality TV last year on Strictly Come Dancing, is now back in the studio working on her next album.

She recently revealed she's been working with pop producer Cathy Dennis, who has masterminded hits like Katy Perry's I Kissed a Girl, Britney Spears's Toxic and Kylie Minogue's Can't Get You Out of My Head.

And Friday was no exception for Pixie Lott as she made her way to a recording studio in Los Angeles for yet another music session.

The 24-year-old, who is dating model Oliver Cheshire, confidently paraded her lean and slender limbs in a chic two-piece ensemble as she made her way along the streets.

Putting her sun-kissed frame on show, the style star rocked a tiny pair of denim shorts with floral detail and a white vest top with a fringed hemline.

With her blonde tresses left loose in natural waves, Pixie drew further attention to her pretty complexion by sporting a pink set of cat eye sunglasses.

She later took to her social media sites to post: ‘Had 3 sessions today first this morning with @kc_kasey@precisionprod who is tops.’

But, this week, Pixie Lott has swapped the dancefloor for the great outdoors after working up a sweat with some West Coast exercise.

The blonde beauty was seen indulging in a gruelling fitness session in LA's Runyon Canyon on Monday, where the results are clearly paying off.
